Olaf Holzapfel participates in the group show "1,5 Grad" at Kunsthalle Mannheim, Germany.
Olaf Holzapfel’s work is presented in the group show 1,5 Grad at Kunsthalle Mannheim, Germany until October 8, 2023.
The exhibition project “1.5 degrees” highlights the complex interaction between man, nature and technology and shows, through a deliberately polyphonic approach, how the climate crisis influences all areas of life. The artists featured in the exhibition deal, among other things, with the artistic forms of activism, the importance of the relationship between animals and humans, or the connection between art, science and technology.
In the context of the exhibition, Olaf Holzapfel created Sie werden dorthin zuruckkehren, a site-specific, walkable installation that invites the public to participate socially.
