Dominique Blais is participating in the exhibition ARMES? Contemporary Perspectives Works from the collections of the Musée de la Préfecture de Police in Paris, France, which opens on April 17. Dominique Blais will present his video installation Into the white (2010).

The exhibition explores the concept of the weapon beyond its purely material definition : artist and exhibition curator Alix Delmas considers gesture, device, and relationship. She examines the notion of the weapon through the lens of contemporary art and offers a renewed interpretation of the Museum’s permanent collection.
