Philippe Ramette is participating at Photo Saint Germain, presented by Samuel Gassmann, with the association Collection Rue du Regard.
On this occasion, Allégorie de la création (2022) and Eloge de la déambulation (2022) will be presented, as well as a series of previously unseen drawings. Conceived in playful resonance with the sense of absurdity characteristic of Pierre Gassmann’s close friend Henri Cartier-Bresson, these works echo the latter’s witty dedications and mischievous inscriptions in the books and prints he gifted to his peers.
