Thomas Liu Le Lann is participating in the exhibition All Together Now organised by the cultural association Documents d’artistes Genève.

This exhibition brings together several editions produced between 2022 and 2025, including one by Thomas Liu Le Lann entitled the first cut is the deepest. This work, published by Documents d’artistes Genève, takes the form of a cutter consisting of a stainless steel handle and a carbon steel blade bearing the inscription ‘TRUST ME’. The object is accompanied by a leaflet reading ‘Or perhaps, to end it all’, and the whole is kept in a wooden box closed with a nylon cable tie.

Documents d’artistes Genève is a cultural association created in 2021, dedicated to documenting contemporary artistic practices in the city of Geneva.
