Subte Art Center in Montevideo, Uruguay, dedicates a major solo exhibition to the Uruguayan artist Dani Umpi. The show, curated by Rodrigo Barcos, brings together paintings, collages, textiles, and installations. It will include archival material documentation on the underground scene and artistic life of Montevideo and Buenos Aires over the last twenty years, revealing the hybridity of languages that characterises the artist’s practice.
