The Jeu de Paume bookstore and the Xippas gallery are pleased to invite you to the presentation of Valérie Jouve’s book, du temps, un souffle (Time, a Breath).
Valérie Jouve will be in conversation with Philippe Dagen.
The publication documents her solo exhibition “Du temps, un souffle” (Time, a Breath), presented at the Xippas Gallery in Paris in March 2024, and brings together the artist’s recent work. In black and white, captured with a large-format camera, these photographs revisit themes dear to the artist, exploring the connection between humans and those around them, whether it is the relationship with nature or the urban environment.
