On the occasion of the opening of Pablo Reinoso’s solo exhibition at Xippas Geneva the same evening as well as of the Geneva Art Week, Xippas gallery, in partnership with the legendary cinema Ciné 17, invites you to a conversation between Pablo Reinoso and Carmen Campo Real, poet and journalist. The talk will be followed by a screening of three short films on Pablo Reinoso’s work and a video “Studio Insight” directed by Cynthia Schibli.
For an hour, sculptor Pablo Reinoso explores the driving forces behind his practice: the unfolding of the line, the shape of the gesture, the growth of structures, the relationship of matter to space and body. A special moment to view images of his work, hear his thoughts, and prepare for your visit to the exhibition opening.

Pablo Reinoso
A Franco-Argentinian artist and sculptor, he creates works in which line, movement, and the tension of material form shapes that unfold in space, in dialogue with the body and the surrounding environment. His works can be seen in Switzerland and internationally, in museums as well as public spaces.
Carmen Campo Real
A poet and journalist based in Geneva, she designs and leads socially and culturally engaged projects. She regularly serves as a moderator and mediator in artistic and academic contexts. She will lead the conversation with Pablo Reinoso at Ciné17.
