This is an unusual approach for a museum: entrusting a participatory hanging project to a choreographer and a group of patients from the Béziers day hospital, the Art. 27 group, in order to create an exhibition based on the museum’s collections.

The relevance of this project lies in the challenge of entrusting a group of enlightened amateurs, but also a group of people who are often invisible in society, with artistic responsibility. This project answers the question: how to invent and live an intimate, personal and perhaps secret link with the works on display, how to expose oneself while exhibiting.
