Marie José Burki entrusted her drawings and sketches for the exhibition Les professeurs gribouillent aussi… at the Beaux-Arts in Paris on view until April 21st, 2023.

Through the sketches of Marie José Burki and other professors of the Beaux-Arts, Hélène Gasnault, the curator of the exhibition, has chosen to highlights, for the first time, the diversity of scribbling practices.
The different facets of the artistic thought process presented here, offer an encounter with the genesis of the artists’ works and constitute a unique testimony to today’s creation.

On the occasion of this exhibition, the Beaux-Arts published a catalog gathering all the drawings of the presented artists.
