As an offering in a such hot summer and a first part of Micro-revolution, we are pleased to share with you Global Myopia: Language in Residence, a film by María Inés Arrillaga and Marco Maggi from 2015. The film will transport you into an icy white landscape of the Uruguayan Pavilion from the Venice Biennale, inviting you to meditatively concentrate on the most infinitesimal details and to cool down. Marco Maggi’s white artwork – a delicate relief cut out of paper and attached to the whiteness of the wall in a form of constellation – disappears in the film and only the unjustified attention of the viewer remains floating in the space.
